What do we measure with real-time feedback?

Through a sensor we are able to measure how our heart rate varies, this is called heart rate variability (HRV).  This allows visualizing and analyzing directly on a screen the rhythm of our heartbeat and the impact of a few minutes of practice of heart coherence methods. The more regular and harmonious the beats, the greater the coherence, the better we feel resulting in an optimal performance.

 

The measurement of the HRV can provide us indications on :

 

  • The influence of emotions and thoughts on the body

  • The effects of stress on the body

  • The functioning of our autonomic nervous system

  • Our energy reserves at our disposal

What is cardiac coherence?

What happens physiologically?
