As a former elite athlete, I realized the importance of training the mind while taking care of your physical and mental health. This includes deepening self-knowledge and self-awareness in order to enhance adaptability. Breathing techniques, equicoaching, coaching, mental training, psychological support to develop your resources: my mission is to provide you with a maximum of practical tools while accompanying you in your reflections. Merge efficiency, productivity, and results with fulfillment, balance, and health to optimize your mindset and achieve your goals!


My motto

"At ease with my stress!" High-level performance, daily goals, adversity: we all face stress.
